Service Type


As mentioned in the Business Menu section, to actually enable your venue to take an order, you need to state so in the Service Type Section.


On opening this section, you will see a simple box as follows. 

 






If one or both of the above are not enabled, your menus are in effect view only. This means a user will be able to view your menu only but when trying to order/ add a product they would be prevented from doing so. 

 

To enable your customer to order on their devices, enable the relevant service for Table Service (Sit Down) or Collect at Venue (Pickup).
