Stop Taking New Orders

If you want to stop receiving orders, perhaps only temporarily due to a peak in service, you have two options.

You can take your venue totally online any time, to do this you can go to the admin panel or the app.

On the Admin Panel, if you go to My Stores you will be able to enable or disable your venue in the top right corner of your store. 

   

You can also find this enable / disable button inside your store, just above the menu options on the right hand side:

if you have no time to access the Admin Panel, you can also do this on the Venue Manager App. Simply go to the menu, select my My Stores and you can enable / disable your store with the button shown here. 

Another option is to keep your store online, so customers can view your menu and information about your venue, but just disable either Table Service or Collection until you wish to start taking orders again. You can find an article about how to do this here.
