Managing Orders

When a customer places an order from your online store, you will be able receive, view and action orders using either the Order Manager section on the web, or through the Venue Manager app:

  1. The Venue Manager App has all the functionality required to allow you to manage orders. You will receive push notifications when you get a new order, can choose to accept, decline, print and complete an order. You may have multiple users of the Venue Manager app, so you can have each member of service staff with the app, or just one central user - users can be created through the Operators function.  For more details on how to use the Venue Manager app see this article
  2. The Order Manager is available from a browser on the Admin Panel and is able to provide a full overview of all Current, Pending, Cancelled and Completed orders. More details can be found here.
