Venue Manager App

Our Venue Manager App is a dedicated app for your venue. Its main purpose is to enable your users to receive, accept, reject and complete orders. It is available for Apple and Android devices, if you do not already have it you can download them here:


Download the application to any devices you have in store, and remember you can create separate users and log in credentials  for different Operators inside your venue - see this link for some more background. 

Upon log in, you can navigate by the side bar in the top left corer, which would look something like this:



The My Orders Section is the main focus of the app and by default you will see this page on opening the app. This is effectively the same as the Order Manager section on the Admin Area on our Website, and is where you can manage your orders.  There is a separate article for this which you can find here.

In the My Store section you can chose a store and then view and amend your product inventory. This is especially helpful if one piece of stock sells out or you need to make some quick or minor changes. 

Find your store, select the Category then you will see a list of products.

To disable or enable or disable, simply toggle the green switch to on or off. It should look a little like this:



in addition, here you can also make amendments to some of the product details, such as the description, price or add new images. Simply select the product, and follow the steps on screen, before pressing update - it will look something like this:



You can also add new products from the app using the Add button at the bottom of the window, though we would recommend you do this on the Admin Area of the website and following these instructions

Finally can also use the My Stores app to take your store offline - see this link 

The Venue Settings is to update your profile and set certain preferences, including the receipt of Push Notifications.
