Messages allow you to communicate with your customer on a specific order and will list a history of the order status.
To view, write and respond to messages, go to the order in question in either the Order Manager on the web or the Venue Manager app, and select the Messages tab and you will see a screen like this:
By default, the status of the order will be displayed, from initial order to accepted, in progress and completed. You or your customer can add messages in the text box at the bottom of the screen. You will be notified when there is a new message. On Order Manager, the order will show a small icon and on the Venue Manager App, you will receive a push notification.
