If you need to refund any payments received from your customers, you can do this within the Who's Round Admin Panel.
Go to the Order Manager panel, find the order and you will see a page that looks like this:
Simply hit the refund button at the bottom of the page, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer. This will also refund your venue the fees paid to Who's Round, but you will still be charged the same fees by Stripe for processing the payments.
It is possible also to do this refund in the Stripe Dashboard, this might be required if you wish to partially refund an order.
In the Order Manager section, on the Payment Method line, if there has been a successful payment there will be a long code highlighted in this colour; this is a Stripe transaction reference and also a link to the stripe dashboard.
Either make a note of this reference, or press on the link, and go to the Stripe Dashboard to find the payment. There will be a refund button in the top right corner. On selecting you will see a box like this:
By default, the full amount of the payment will be filled but you can amend this to any amount you wish, up to the total payment value. Choose a reason, add any commentary and press the refund button.
if you do a partial refund, the Who's Round Processing Fees will not be refunded as they are on a full refund. Stripe fess are taken in full regardless of whether it is a full or partial refund.
