Operators

As the Who’s Round account holder, you may have one or many stores under your profile but may not want to manage these all yourself. The Operators section allows you to create new users who can log in and manage your stores.

 

Any user created here by you will have full access to the admin panel of the venue you allocate to them, other than this Operators section.

 

If you are a single store owner, you may want to have new users created to manage orders, so they have separate logins for our Venue Manager App. Additionally if you have multiple stores you may want to do this and also give managers access to specific stores. 

To do this, simply hit the add button and you will see a page like this. 

You need to add a name, email and password.and add all the other information were this is a *

You will see a list of your venue below; you can tick each venue you want to give access to. In our case here, we only have the one venue, so will give the user access to just that one. 

 

You can come back to this section later to amend access, i.e. if this user leaves you can revoke access.  ​
